Refund & Return Policy

At TML Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as our valued customer.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or broken upon delivery.

  • The item you received is significantly different from what was shown or described.

  • You received the wrong item.

Please note:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.


2. Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged during shipping:

  • You are eligible for an exchange or replacement of the same item.

  • Delivery charges for returning the item will not be covered by TML Mart. The customer will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Clear photos or video evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery to verify the damage.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock, and the customer has made advance payment.

  • The return is approved and the customer requests a refund instead of a replacement.

Refunds are processed in the same method as the original payment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at [Your Support Email/WhatsApp] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, a clear description, and images/videos of the product issue.

  3. Once approved, send the item to the return address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.


6. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • TML Mart reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the error was on our side.
